These Terms of Service govern the use of callever.io website, mobile applications, and digital eSIM services.

By accessing or purchasing from callever.io, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree, you must not use the service.

callever.io provides digital, non-tangible eSIM data packages delivered electronically.

• No physical SIM card is shipped.

• The service is delivered via QR code or manual installation.

• Delivery is deemed complete once the eSIM profile is generated and

made accessible.

The service constitutes digital content supplied immediately upon purchase.

You must:

• Be at least 18 years old or have legal guardian consent.

• Provide accurate and complete information.

• Ensure your device is eSIM compatible.

We are not responsible for device incompatibility.

By completing a purchase, you expressly acknowledge that:

• The service begins immediately after payment confirmation.

• The digital eSIM profile is delivered without delay.

• You lose any right of withdrawal once activation starts, in

accordance with applicable digital content regulations.

Activation is considered to have started when:

• The QR code is displayed,

• The eSIM profile is accessible,

• Installation begins,

• Network provisioning is triggered.

Due to the digital and immediate performance nature of the service:

Refunds are NOT available if:

• The eSIM has been delivered,

• The QR code has been accessed,

• Installation has begun,

• Data usage has occurred,

• Network provisioning was successfully initiated.

Refunds MAY only be granted if:

• A verified internal technical failure prevents activation,

• The eSIM cannot be provisioned at all,

• The service was never technically delivered.

All refund requests are subject to system log audit, activation timestamps, IP logs, and usage records.

Users agree:

• Not to misuse the service.

• Not to attempt fraud, resale, or abuse.

• Not to dispute valid digital deliveries.

• To comply with local telecom regulations in the country of usage.

Violation may result in account suspension.

Connectivity depends on third-party telecommunications operators.

callever.io does not guarantee:

• Continuous coverage

• Uninterrupted connectivity

• Specific network speeds

• Availability in all geographic areas

Service quality may vary by country.

Users agree that:

• Activation logs,

• IP addresses,

• Usage timestamps,

• Provisioning records

constitute valid proof of service delivery.

Unjustified chargebacks may result in account termination and legal recovery of costs.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

callever.io shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific eSIM package.

Unless mandatory consumer protection laws apply in your country of residence, these Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Company is registered.
